Recall Service appointment Hillside service support is good. They will call to remind you the apointment date and they will call and email you after the service repair, to ask f Hillside service support is good. The service personnel there are generally professional and polite. The service waiting room at Hillside Honda is less than desire, it is kind of tight. Free wi fi access wil be nice. More

Don't get service here I am disabled and need my car everyday and they won't provide me a loaner car!! This is the second car I leased from hillside Honda and my last!! If you are disabled and need your car done fast or need a loaner don't go to this Dealer!! And I guess my car won't get service oh well!! More

Horrible customer service Came in with an issue in my motor. I have warrantee instead of using my warrantee they beat around the bushes to change other parts so I can pay out o Came in with an issue in my motor. Pleasant place to wait for your car Got to Hillsise Honda about 1:05pm for a 1:30pm appointment. All the mechanics were on lunch until 1:30, but the had a cappacino machine so I was able Got to Hillsise Honda about 1:05pm for a 1:30pm appointment. All the mechanics were on lunch until 1:30, but the had a cappacino machine so I was able to get a cup while I waited for them to come back from lunch and do my recall. I was out by about 2:30. Which wasnt too bad. Overall it wasnt too bad. More
