Reasonable I came in for service. An oil change and to check on soon electrical issues around the usb not charging as well as my automatic starter and remote not I came in for service. No parts available It’s been 2 weeks before I got an appt and a mistake was made by the operator by listing me at the express instead of the services I need for my Airco It’s been 2 weeks before I got an appt and a mistake was made by the operator by listing me at the express instead of the services I need for my Aircond. After showing the date and time of my spot, I was finally allow for the service. But at 12Pm plus, I received a call stated that the condenser was stuck and have no part to replace.. as to when, they don’t know, I just have to wait for their call, with the present weather condition which was unbearable, I have to endure this weather without AC just because of no part available.. A big company like Honda should have ready available stocks of such item to help ease heat encounter by the driver or passengers. More

Engine coolant tank leak issue I was very happy to hear there was no detectable leak from the engine coolant tank. Will monitor this since I had slow leaks that drained the fluid le I was very happy to hear there was no detectable leak from the engine coolant tank. Will monitor this since I had slow leaks that drained the fluid level from Max to slightly below the Min level. I have photos showing “wet” spot. I did refill up to the Max level prior to yesterday’s service check. I fully understood that they couldn’t service my car since no leak was detected. More

Recalled airbag When I discovered my Honda had a recall placed for the airbag I found Hillside Honda online. They were very fast and pleasant in taking my vehicle and When I discovered my Honda had a recall placed for the airbag I found Hillside Honda online. They were very fast and pleasant in taking my vehicle and honoring my appointment time. Then they completed the work in 2-3 hours and gave me a call to inform me. The location is also close to the subway just in case the work will take longer. Overall, great experience. More
