Inspection and replacement of missing part from previous ser I guess I'm satisfied with the inspection but I was not satisfied with the work done to replace the missing piece in the back seat from previous servi I guess I'm satisfied with the inspection but I was not satisfied with the work done to replace the missing piece in the back seat from previous service which was a recall issue. Now the rubber is hanging from behind the seat and it was not put back properly and does not match the other side - it makes no sense to fix 1 issue and create another. When I come back for my oil change I would like for it to be rectified. Now I feel I have to check all the work that is done moving forward to ensure all pieces are put back, etc. Thank you. More
Unacceptable Went to get Display screen fixed, no other issues at drop off then found out camera not working after I got home. My camera was fine before. Seeing a manager tomorrow. So mad and so dissatisfied! More
Rude service advisor and overcharged I hate Hillside Honda and this is my last time going there. The advisor Mike dookharan didn’t wanna explain what happen to my car. He just don’t care like someone is forcing him to work. He overcharged me to fix ac leak. He changed me $1220. R u kidding me. Parts price only $71. Not only that he didn’t even tell me the problem cause. Is there any warranty or guaranty in the or anything. He acted like he dose not have time to do anything like this. If I’m overcharged and get service this much worse in that case xxxx Hillside Honda. More

Airbag recall service I came here for the honda airbag recall service. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment online. It was a short queue when i arrived at around 8am I came here for the honda airbag recall service. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment online. It was a short queue when i arrived at around 8am maybe 5 cars before me. It wasnt busy compared to paragon(i cant even book an appointment at paragon coz they dont have available slots not until 2 months later!) When i checked in, the guy said “you’d have to come back at 5pm to pick up your car”, so i said ok. I would have stayed around the area if he said it would take 1-2 hrs. So i took the train back home to elmhurst. An hour and a half after leaving hillside honda, i got a call from them saying my car is ready! It was fast! But like i said i could have waited there instead of going back home! More

I brought it in 9am and got a call 3p it “was done” when I got there I was told they had to order a part compressor was broken and I would have to come back to get it fixed UNACCEPTABLE!! I had to take a day off of work to bring it and now I have to take another I requested a rental since the car is about 100 degrees and scorching hot I was told no The guy at the desk could care less I will never get another Honda again!! More
super quick service battery change and oil change scheduled for 11AM on a Saturday was finished by 12:30PM. Dissatisfied I hoped to get the check engine light fixed on My 2000 honda civic however certain parts were unavailable and Honda couldn’t commit to a date for a r I hoped to get the check engine light fixed on My 2000 honda civic however certain parts were unavailable and Honda couldn’t commit to a date for a repair. The repair time initially started with a few days, then one week and then almost three weeks. Finally the almost $2000 quoted price to fix the issue provided no guarantee that the check engine light would not appear. I also lost my $260 deposit for the “work” already completed. I understand this is a very old car but this should have been an easy fix considering the car is not embedded with sophisticated electronics. Very disappointed....thanks Honda. More

Go someplace else for vehicle service. I was offered the option to pay the labor in cash directly to the mechanic and the parts would be placed on the bill to reduce some of the cost.
