Software update was dealt promptly Felt safer that the issue was dealt with promptly. However, when I went next day for inspection the car failed the emission test because the computer Felt safer that the issue was dealt with promptly. However, when I went next day for inspection the car failed the emission test because the computer in the car had been reset and I was not informed that it would be good to drive the car at least 50 miles before getting the inspection test. Unfortunately, it cost me $27 and I have to go back again for the inspection test. More

I don’t leave reviews....until now Seyna was amazing to work with. I don’t typically leave reviews, but she/and Hillside Honda deserve it. Car shopping can be exciting, but also bring a Seyna was amazing to work with. I don’t typically leave reviews, but she/and Hillside Honda deserve it. Car shopping can be exciting, but also bring a lot or stress and anxiety (my last experience was awful at another dealer). I visited a few dealerships that day and Seyna was by far the best to work with and kept a fun and relaxing environment. We agreed on a deal within the first 10 minutes and the rest was just paperwork. I didn’t have to spend hours in a dealership haggling or dealing with a pushy salesperson. keep in mind this is my 10th new car purchase so I have some experience. I also did my homework and knew I was getting a fair deal. My wife and I were extremely happy, so thank you again Seyna! More
