My car starts now with both my keys Brought in car that only had one working ignition key (that was because my garage had replaced the computer, but had only programmed one key). I recent went to Honda service dept with an appt to have my Honda Pilot serviced for oil change and have the truck out why check engine light was on. Also to change a light bulb. They informed me that my my Honda Pilot serviced for oil change and have the truck out why check engine light was on. Also to change a light bulb. They informed me that my car had many issues and it would cost me 13,000 to repair. I told mike the person who was helping that I just wanted an oil change and the light bulb. I paid $402 for those 2 things. Then I find out later that the oil change was never done only light bulb. If my husband would of taking to his mechanic I would had pai $402 for a light. Honda service dept are thieves. Then mike offered me 300 for my pilot cause of all the repairs that had to be done. My mechanic said there’s nothing wrong with the car just needed the oil change and a liquid to clean gas container. After I did that engine light went off. I’m headed their now to see if they will refund the money for all the things that they said was done. Also they kept my car for 2 whole days before I was called to have it picked up. Honda and their workers are a bunch of thieves. I will continue this review after I come back from Honda with my refund. People go to your mechanic that you trust. More

Hillside Honda is another name of crook, dishonest, poor customers service with poor mentality dealerships in NYC. They have the worse employee and terrible service provider. I went to Hillside Honda servic customers service with poor mentality dealerships in NYC. They have the worse employee and terrible service provider. I went to Hillside Honda service center and instead of fixing my car they have broke few of my parts messed up with transmissions bearing and delivered the car by saying it’s done. My car is Honda Accord sports 2018 model. They xxxxed up my car. I tried to call the manager so many time it seems manager doesn’t give a xxxx. After having trouble with my car to drive I went back to them couple of times but they didn’t do anything. I’m preparing myself for lawsuits. I also request who ever been through this type of situation file a complain and sue those dishonest culprit. Invoice number: 731342 02/27/2020 Culprit No 1: saymon at 1st he says he is the manager but very next he change his statement and said he is just an asswhole supervisor. No 2: Henry Peterson. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. And please who ever been through this share and creat public awareness help others not to do the same mistakes. More
