It was my second worst experience with Hillside Honda, the first time I had repairs done to my sunroof the technicians left grease on the fabric around my sunroof, this time I had the regulator on the fro the first time I had repairs done to my sunroof the technicians left grease on the fabric around my sunroof, this time I had the regulator on the front passenger door replaced. IT WAS A DISASTER they scratched my tint at least 4 times. When I call and ask to speak to the manager all they say I will take a message and have him call you back. Up to this day I have not heard for him it’s over one month I did work on my car. These guys need to work at a local Mobil or Exxon quick shop, clearly they not taking peoples property into consideration. Very disappointed, it’s hard for me to give even one star. More

my car is only 4 years old and noticed the lower underneath the car is loose and very low. Another problem is the right floor gets wet even does not rain. I observed the wetness for a week, and as of this day, I have satisfaction because it's not wet my floor. More

The car was in service for 3 days after having the car for 2 weeks. They couldnt recreate the issue even with video proof of issue. No courtesy car was given.
