Lack of competent mechanics and lack of oversight. Came in for an oil change and left with the cabin smelling of fuel. Oil cap was not installed resulting in oil coating the engine for over 150 miles. On in for an oil change and left with the cabin smelling of fuel. Oil cap was not installed resulting in oil coating the engine for over 150 miles. Once reinstalled, there was a sensor malfunction and another trip back to the dealership within 3 days. Two uber trips and the vehicle was returned with oil still on the engine and other components. Failed to provide documents that any PMCS are completed anymore (ie. That checklist that certain items were reviewed on the vehicle before returned). Tire pressure was below recommended levels after leaving dealership. This vehicle is a 2019 lease and I will not be returning back to this location for services. You are better off going to another honda dealership for maintenance. It's disrespectful that as a paying customer of the lease and service that the dealership couldn't get an oil change and basic maintenance right. More
Only thing I complain is that the waiting time is too long..Everybody served me on that day are friendly and knowledgeable.
