Unable to get answer for the noise car makes. Everyone is professional and courteous. Very organized. Allison at the front desk answered all my questions and called me when my car was ready. I recently had my car repaired here and while the repairs were well done, the time it took to repair my car, as well as scheduling the appointments to drop off my car and pick it up, was difficult. I dropped off my car for initial repairs expecting it fixed within at most two days. It took four days for my car to be repaired, and while I understand that this was necessary (the part hadn't come in by the time I picked it up), I was not informed of how long it would take, which did not allow me to prepare how to maneuver my work schedule to pick up my vehicle. After a temporary repair, I was to drop off my car for a repair that would allow me to pick up my car on the same day (I asked three times if I would be able to do so and I was told three times that the repairs would be done on the same day). However, I was informed at a later part of the day that my car had to stay overnight as it was not repaired. This was difficult due to needing my car to commute to work. I will say that Allison, the sales representative, was kind and professional. However, I cannot say that I would fully recommend Hillside Honda. More

Sultan and his son junior are the best.
