Brought my vehicle in at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment to service the airbag inflator Safety Recall. There was already a line so I wasn't attended to for a few minutes. The Recall letter claims the job was 3 service the airbag inflator Safety Recall. There was already a line so I wasn't attended to for a few minutes. The Recall letter claims the job was 30 minutes. It took them 4 hours to only "inspect it" because I got a call at 12:19 saying the technician inspected my vehicle and determined nothing needed to be done. Then they wanted to charge me for checking my SRS warning light which might have been corrected if they actually serviced my airbag inflator. Can't really rate the service advisor. She was nice. She just didn't have control of the situation apparently. More

I took my car here for a check engine light and misfires, they kept my car for two months, just for me to get the car back from them, then two days later, the same problem comes back. Very poor communication they kept my car for two months, just for me to get the car back from them, then two days later, the same problem comes back. Very poor communication, I would only get an update if I called, and when I got corporate involved. They tried to blame an engine problem on me, as driver abuse, and on the aftermarket parts I have installed, which has nothing to do with the engine. I appreciate the service manager Dom making a one time act of good will but what was the point of that if the problem wasn’t resolved. More
