Worst honda dealer i ever visited. I confirmed a 2024 Honda CRV exl on Oct 20,2023 and paid 3000 toward down payment I was also given a VIN number to buy insurance. I live in another s I confirmed a 2024 Honda CRV exl on Oct 20,2023 and paid 3000 toward down payment I was also given a VIN number to buy insurance. I live in another state and i texted the sale person that i will pick up the vehicle on Thursday (oct 26) and he confirmed everything is good and okay for pick up. I took flight and stayed in a hotel and then went to dealer today and i get what “sorry the car you book is sold already”. How can you sell a car you already sold to me and why didn’t you mentioned it when I texted you to confirm? Wasted my 2 days about $400.00. All they got is sorry for me but not ready to compensate for my expenses because their fault. I will strongly recommend all buyers to avoid this dealer as they will sell your car to someone else if they get few dollar more and will not show a simple courtesy to let you know. More

The parts personnel- rude and unprofessional. The parts supervisor did not know what was going on as far as lost keys from a new Honda bought at another Honda dealership . On 10/24 and failed to know that my rims would not be covered, after specifically setting up this appointment for that service. So I showed up at 7 AM to leave. This experience was horrible and I’ll be reaching out to Dominique Bartone and Phillip Remy to complain about this below par service. More
