I have been shopping online for the past month for a 2008 Honda Accord. I went to many dealer websites and submitted exactly what I wanted. I called Diane who works in the internet department and she answered all of questions and was very friendly. She invited me into the showroom for a complete overview of all my options. At first I was skeptical and did not want to waste my time. To my surprise it was the best car buying exprience I ever had and believe me I had many. I walked into the showroom and I knew that Hillside would be my car place from now on. The whole vibe was upbeat and friendly. I met my salesperson Miguel who not only knows his stuff but is also very understanding and made me feel very secure in what I was doing. He showed me many different ways to buy a car that suits my needs. I picked up my new Accord the same day and had the pleasure to meet the sales manager Peter who made me feel like family. Im too old to deal with "high pressure" sales tactics, that's why i walked out of several other neighboring honda dealers. My overall experience with Hillside was was way beyond what i expected....they even have a patient delivery team that showed me everything i needed to know about my new car (thanks Remy!)
