What a great experience! This was our FIRST experience with a Honda dealer, and we were impressed enough to keep coming back. We needed a new car ASAP, and we knew what we wanted. The dealer rep was ho with a Honda dealer, and we were impressed enough to keep coming back. We needed a new car ASAP, and we knew what we wanted. The dealer rep was honest, courteous, and trustworthy throughout the process. AND THEY HAD THE CAR READY TO GO IN A FEW HOURS! We were there until past 10 PM and the place was STILL selling cars as we drove away with ours! No wonder they sold so many cars last month while American dealerships are hurting! Our only minor gripe (the reason for a 4 on Overall Experience) was the pressure from the Business Manager to buy things we DID NOT WANT, and to which we kept saying NO! We DID agree to the 8 year, 120,000 mile protection plan as we believe it adds to the car's value when we go to sell it at a ripe older age. We also realize dealers make a lot of money on these things... BUT we are not young and gullibele anymore, and we mean NO when we say it. Better sizing up of people would be a help here. However, we had an email from the Sales Manager thanking us as soon as we got home as well as a personal call from him the very next day. WHAT A NOVELTY IN TODAY'S MARKET..PEOPLE WHO CARE! After having had Fords (whihc we stay from to this day), Nissans and Saturns over the years..THIS WAS OUR BEST EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE DEALER TO ANY ONE! Keep it up! More

I would like to briefly write about the incident that impressed me a lot about Raihan at Hillside Honda. Back in 2002, we were looking for a new Honda Accord and had got prices from couple of dealers. impressed me a lot about Raihan at Hillside Honda. Back in 2002, we were looking for a new Honda Accord and had got prices from couple of dealers. Since it was our first experience buying a car, we checked with others about the prices and we were told that this is the Best you can get. Still we thought to make a last attempt by going to Hilside Honda. We met Raihan there. He showed us various models and explained the differences among all models and strong points of all models. His salesmanship impressed us a lot. We further squizzed him by giving the lowest of the price received by us and he not only matched the price but also got us couple of other 'add-ons' at no additional cost. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to meet Raihan at Hillside Honda and when we came out with our own new Honda, it was a very satisfactory experience and we made a Great friend in Raihan too. I'd purchased a vehicle from another dealer a few months before and was VERY unhappy with the purchase. I was nervous about getting the car and didn’t know what to expect; given the fact that I was a woman, young, and already had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle so naturally I wasn't very enthused or exited. I called the dealer, my contact person was Samira, she was great, she made me feel very comfortable, she set up an appointment for me to come in and meet with a salesman. The day of my appointment, needless to say my defenses were in full bloom, I kept telling myself say "NO" to Everything they say, I informed my salesman (Kyle Christian) of how much I was willing to spend and the monthly payment that I could afford and surprisingly he was honest and kept me in line with a realistic view of the situation. I was very difficult but fortunately for me my salesman was very patient, and encouraging, he walked me through the whole process step by step he gave me the best price he could; still skeptical I shopped around and in the end Hillside Honda was the Best. I picked up my car on 3/28/08, my payments are affordable, I love my car and I would recommend Hillside Honda to anyone purchasing a vehicle. More

Hillside honda service was the most organized and professional service i have ever came across. I was shopping online for prices and had sent several e-mails to different dealership, and Hillside honda was the only dealership that I have gotten a fast response from and answered all my questions. About 10 minuets later a representative by the name of Samira called me who was a very helpful yong lady, she was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had. After speaking with Samira i feel very comfortable and decided to visit the store. When I got to Hillside honda I met with the General Manager Joe who came over and said to me "welcome to Hillside honda we are pleased to have you here with us today". I went to several dealership and never gotten a welcome, right there I said to myself this would be the dealership I would want to give my bussiness to. Joe then introduce me to a very intelligent gentleman by the name of Dennison, who was very helful throughout my buying process and went over everything I need to know about the car. Dennison knows his product inside out, every questions I had about the vehicle he was able to respond very quickly without any hesitation. I would recommend any one who is interested in a vehicle, to Hillside honda, they make you feel like family, I am very happy with my car Thank you Hillside honda and the representatives I have worked with I really appreciate it. We recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Hillside Honda and my wife and I are extremely happy with the car and the quantity of the usable interior space, ease and comfort it has afforded us as we are getti and my wife and I are extremely happy with the car and the quantity of the usable interior space, ease and comfort it has afforded us as we are getting around with our 1 year old son. Much to my dismay I noticed a problem with the paint on the vehicle and it sent shrills up my back to think that I just bought a new car and it had a problem with it. Every buyer’s nightmare, you could imagine the stress of having to resolve this problem with the dealer and the anticipation that this is going to go back and forth and be drawn out over a long period of time, not what we wanted. But if there still exist a car dealer who will stand up behind their product and service it is Peter Petitio of Hillside Honda. When I took the car over to meet and review the issue with him, I was dumbfounded in a good way. First, he apologized for inconvenience of having to take any of my time to deal with potential problems and I sincerely believed he meant those words. Second, he examined the car and indicated to me that he had a plan of action and would get back to me by the end of the day after he discussed the issue with his GM. What I was not prepared for was the called I got from him later that day, he indicated that they were going to give me a new vehicle in 5 days and at the same time he gave me the new VIN number. Are there still businesses that care about customer satisfaction? Thank you Hillside Honda and Peter Petitio for being a responsible dealer and continuing to make my family happy that we made the right choice on a car and dealer. Gosine Family More
