Hillside Honda

I dread going to the car dealer because of the pressure and lies they feed. I can say this was the third dealership I went to while scouting form my 08 Honda Accord. The first gassed me up said they were giving me a great deal but couldnt meet my requirements as far as my trade in value and payments that I needed for my car. I went to Babylon Honda and the guy turned me away ( i guess he made enough $) . I finally decided to drive the 45 min to Hillside after a friend referred me there. They were exceptional with meeting my needs. They gave me 2500 more for my trade in and upgraded me two models for the Honda and my payments were cheaper than what the first honda dealership was going to give me for the lowest model. Lenny and Mohommad were a pleasure working with they definately werent too pushy and were truthful when they said they were going to work with my needs and budget. I hope they continue to provide others with the same pleasurable experiance. It was worth my time and long drive there. Thank you! I will be sure to purchase my next vehicle from them. =) More

this is the 3rd honda dealer we met for 1 lease inquiry. The first one was not very friendly. When we came to this dealer, Toni C. was very helpful to show us the features of the car. Though, I already drove an Odyssey before,he let me test drive it. The staff is very helpful, accomodating, friendly and courteous. Though we waited a long time for processing paperworks and other stuff, it's worth a trip to this Honda dealer. They tried a classic bate and switch, we come in to lease a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring and them seem very. After going over the options the sales goes to the manager and get a quote for a lease on the term a 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring and them seem very. After going over the options the sales goes to the manager and get a quote for a lease on the term we asked for. The first offer is great, lower then any other dealer we have seen so far. The only problem is we've run out of time and have to go pick our kids. So we tell him we will come back tomorrow. The next morning I call the deal to confirm the price he offered us. He give me the same price again so I tell him him we will be in at 4pm. My wife and I have to take time off from work to get there since he only in till 6pm. We get there and he sits us down while he gets the papers and the manager. We he comes back he say the manager we saw on Sunday made isn't around and the manager today says he cant make the deal they offed us. The new deal is $120 per month more, thats over $4000 extra on a 36 month lease. I asked them to go call the original manager and get his OK, everybody has a cell phone today, but already I could tell where this was going. A few minutes later the sales man come back and say the original manager took the week off. He also says the new manager will come down in price by $50 per month. I guess they could have made a mistake, but the guy has my cell phone and I called and specifically asked about the price that morning before spending an hour to get from from work to the dealer. It hard to see this as anything but a scam. If they make "mistakes" to the tune of $4000 like I cant see how they would still be in business. So in the end we may in fact end paying the higher price, but it will at least be to one of the other dealers that at least quoted us a straight price from the start. After today I wouldn't event trust Hillside Honda to wash my old car. One of the first things the sales man said was how great his rating was on this site. I hope then next person who sees this will know that they lie with a smile at Hillside Honda. More

last week we leased our Honda odessey from hillside honda.this is our 3rd car since we been in this country.WE have got the best service ever.Manager Mohammed was very professional.We were lookin honda.this is our 3rd car since we been in this country.WE have got the best service ever.Manager Mohammed was very professional.We were looking for a sales person for 15 minutes....couldnt find one..Mohammed came and introduced himself and got someone to take care of us.Salesperson tony showed us the car and we went for test drive.when we got back tony started writing a deal and we were not ready to purchase the car that day because we had one more month with our lease(town&country).Mohammed came again...and explain us abt the leasing program honda had.My dad was still not ready....so we decided to leave but Mohammed came up with some lease options which was very attractive, mohammed kept our payment same and took care our last payment and overmilege that we had in our town & country.we were happy and my dad signed the deal and we bought the car same day. Thanks to mohammed and tony.My dad was not going to lease this time because of overmileges but hillside honda made him doinng it one more time with a low payment.we recomend hillside honda. thanks More

I WAS GIVEN A VERY FAIR PRICE AND RECEIVED A VEHICLE THAT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH. RECENTLY MY DAUGHTER WAS LOOKING FOR HER FIRST VEHICLE AND WE VISITED HILLSIDE HONDA AND WERE SHOWN NEW AND USED VEHICLES WITHOUT ANY SALES PRESSURE TO MAKE A CHOICE. AFTER BEING GIVEN A QUOTE WE COMPARISON SHOPPED AND FOUND THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. BECAUSE OF OUR PREVIOUS SATISFACTION WE RETURNED AND PURCHASED OUR NEW VEHICLE.
