I recently had an oil change at Hillside Honda. The service is great and the staff are very helpful and courteous. I searched online for Honda dealers first and Hillside was one of the first to respond not only quickly, but very professionally. The salesman who called wasn't even there on the day I wanted to set the a was one of the first to respond not only quickly, but very professionally. The salesman who called wasn't even there on the day I wanted to set the appt. but referred me to the manager, who referred me to Ray when I arrived. I originally asked for a BARELY realistic price, which I was pretty sure they wouldn't match, (no surpise they didn't). After much negotiation however, we where able to reach an acceptable compramise. The staff there, from sales to manager to finance was amazing!! I ended up leasing a 2009, after having negotiated a 2008 buy price, simply because everybody from beginning to end took a real interest in making sure I got the right car for me at the right price for me. In the end, I got more than I had hoped for walking in, at a price I could live with. Great job guys and thanks!! More

Very attentive, pleasant, helpful, good personality. Made the whole process a fun experience. I would have like to have paid less money, but who wouldn't. I have felt a little harassed while at work from the daily telephone calls to answer a few questions. Today, I answered the few questions and then I am told that I have to complete an online survey before midnight. Darryl Jones was a superb salesman who paid attention to what I wanted in a car. Working with him made me feel like I was a valued customer. But, please please please re-think the customer satisfaction survey piece. The customer satisfaction survey was the only negative part of my dealings with Honda in the 10+ years I have been a customer. More
