My husband and I visited Hillside Honda after a long day visiting other car dealers. We wanted a new car in the mid-size range with good gas mileage. After an extensive research on different car dealers, I found that Hillside Honda had a very impressive review rating and, in addition, is conveniently located (within just 15 min walk) in my neighborhood. found that Hillside Honda had a very impressive review rating and, in addition, is conveniently located (within just 15 min walk) in my neighborhood. So, I decided to give it a try. My experience with the dealer has confirmed the other reviewers' positive experience with Hillside Honda. When we arrived there for the first time for test drive, we noticed that the place was extremely busy. At Hillside Honda, it did not look like our country is in an economic crisis!!! By the time we left (in about 2.5-3 hours), 7 (seven) vehicles were sold to the customers! Anyway, we did not have to wait long until the dealership representative Vincent took care of us. He is very friendly, caring person who has amazing ability to multitask all the time and never forgets to apologize when had to leave his customers for whatever reason. Vincent is the main reason why I give highest score to the dealership. He has never been pushy, and never switched us to another salesperson. Vincent also knows the vehicles they sell very well. He was able to answer most of the technical question we had. The dealership seems not to play any games with vehicle colors. When asked, they told us right away what colors they have in stock for no extra charge and which ones we would have to order and wait and pay extra for. At Hillside Honda, everything is setup for high quality customer service: spacious show floor with a lot of vehicles on display, multiple desks and chairs where you can sit and relax and discuss your transaction details with a representative. All salespeople are professionally dressed, friendly, eager to help and work fast. I had a car for trade-in. It took them just 10 minutes to inspect the car and give us nice trade-in value. When asked to add extra $400.00 to that number, they agreed to do so. They work with one insurance company that they politely recommend and do not push. Vincent was willing to call both their insurance agency and the one I currently have and get quotes from both to compare. On the second day, I came back to pickup the vehicle and they had already finished most of the paperwork, so that we did not have to stay there too long. When I got my new vehicle, I left the place with the smile on my face. The next day, I got the follow up call from Vincent who asked if everything was OK which was very nice thing to do. I had couple of questions and I drove to the dealership that evening. Vincent greeted me as an old friend, offered me coffee and spend 40 minutes answering my questions. Overall, I had great experience and high level of satisfaction as the Hillside Honda customer. More

We started looking for a car about 8 months ago. We knew we wanted a Red Accord but we weren't sure about buying a car with the current economy. When we came into the showroom, we worked with Ray Cruz. Originally we couldn't come to an agreement on the price, but we were contacted again by Stephanie who worked with us, the Manager and Ray Cruz and we received a price we were happy with. Stephanie was a big help throughout the process and dealing with Ray Cruz was very comfortable and professional. On the day we were coming to pick up the car, Ray had to leave early but had everything in order and told us to speak to the Manager when we arrived. He was also very helpful and introduced us to Sunny Haque who showed us the car and how it works. He was not only professional, but very pleasant and fun to deal with. We could not get any dealers in Brooklyn to give us the price we wanted. I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Hillside Honda since 1996. I have also purchased two cars from Hillside Honda, which includes the one I currently own. Although my residence is in Bushkill, PA, and I have inspections and some service performed at Ray Price Honda in East Stroudsburg, PA, and am also happy with the service in PA, I generally take my vehicle to Hillside Honda. My place of business is in Manhattan, and Hillside Honda's location is most convenient due to its proximity to public transportation as well as to the Midtown Tunnel and other access to Manhattan: it is not always time effective for me to wait for service to be completed. I also feel confident that my car is being taken care of properly, and trust the recommendations of the service advisors. Service visits have always been efficient, and I have always been treated in a courteous and professional manner by everyone in the Service Department. The reason that I purchased my current vehicle, would purchase another Honda in the future, and recommend Hillside Honda to others is greatly due to the excellent service. More
