Awesome service and a good price. Wally Capehart was a pleasure to deal with. The new vehicle had a small chip on the rear bumper and Wally arranged for me to bring it in a few days later and get the bump pleasure to deal with. Thank you to WALLY and NANO(from the inhouse body shop) for getting this done in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. Please commend them for this. However, the bad part was that I spent over 2 hours at the dealership while they were finalizing my paperwork before I could pick up my new vehicle which kinda sucked. Also business managers should learn to take no for an answer and shouldn't hassle customers to get warranties and additional security features and stuff. I mean, I understand you're there to sell stuff but c'mon I just bought a 25K car which in itself was nerve wracking for me.. But a good dealership, a good experience and I'll be tellin' people to go to Hillside Honda. More

Good experience, price high but probably this is normal for a certified dealer. Only problem is that they really push hard for this ratings, a lady Flory called me 2 times and tried to dictate my rating (g for a certified dealer. My service was the 15,000 miles regular service so was just routine. I have another car (Honda Accord and they instaled a back view camera on it a few moth ago, everything was fine so I would recomend them.
