Hillside Honda

Back in 2005 I purchased a new Honda Accord through Paragon Honda. I must say it was a bitter sweet experience. The salesmen that worked with me (Ray Cruz) made the experience the much better through Paragon Honda. I must say it was a bitter sweet experience. He helped me make a decision that I was extremely please with. I wish I could say the same of the finance department at Paragon- that’s an other story. Because of Ray Cruz’s extraordinary customer service skills, I followed him to Hillside Honda. I wanted to trade in my 2005 for a new model and I must say it was 10 times easier and much more pleasant! Hillside environment is calm and customer service geared and yet again Mr. Ray Cruz impressed me with his patience & skills. I never traded in a car before therefore I had a million questions. He answered each question clearly and took the time out to figure out what model worked best for me and here I am now happy owner of a 2009 Civic. The financial representative (unfortunately I don’t have his name) was friendly, straight to the point and realistic. What more could you ask for? Kudos to the general manager of Hillside for having such a great team. I will continue to bring my business to Mr. Ray Cruz and would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to visit Hillside. More

What a joke. They TOTALLY waste your time. He told me both new cars we discussed were still avail to come down and speak w/ Mike. When I got there I was jerked around from mger to mger and then a salesperson, Manny (waited about 30 minutes). I told him I was looking for the black Pilot. He left me sitting at a desk of a while (only after he obtained all the demographic infor he wanted about me). To come back and tell me they never had a black one but he has a silver one. When I asked to see it. He again left for a short time , then pulled me into an office w a stock board and told me that the silver one was JUST SOLD as we were waiting! ( What luck ???) I still asked to see it as the interior was what I was seeking. Oh what a surprise, the car was not there "It was out being washed." He told us that the black Pilot was not avail and never were. Then I asked to see an Odessey we had spoken to Joe about. He also told me that car was still avail. (O8' new). Oddly, the Salesperson told me that he was unaware of the vehicle. He left againj to go check it out with a manager and came back saying that it was not there. When I questioned all the mis-information I got from Joe. Their idiotic excuse was that Joe ( the saleperson) doesn't get updated info. Well. then I ask is his job... to sell ficitious cars. THIS WAS A NASTY ATTEMPT TO MISREPRESENT AND WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME TO COME DOWN FOR N O T H I N G ! ! ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ... Find a more reputable dealership. More

In the beginning, as it always is, I have to haggle with pricing. Honda was not just the car I looked at, because there are also other reliable cars in the market.
