I had been in contact with Erica via email over the course of several weeks. I was interested in a used Hoda Pilot. Yesterday Erica touched base with me again and out a with a link to their website. I noticed they had 12 Honda Pilots for sale. I asked Erica if she could give me an updated inventory of what was available. I was told ".....Our inventory has been updated and we do have pre-owned vehicles available right now....So if you do take a look at our website if you see anything that you like please let me know" I check the inventory and find a vehicle I am interested in. When I run the Carfax I find that it had been sold 6 WEEKS previously. I point this out to Erica and am told "I do apologize for the inconvience, sometimes human errors can be made, we did not mean to mislead you in any way" Fair enough, mistakes happen, I give it another try. I run carfax on 2 other Pilots, surprise thety are sold as well. One 3 weeks ago and one 7 WEEKS ago. I do not believe this is an oversight. These just happen to be among the best priced and lowest mileage Pilots listed. And as of today they are still listed for sale on their website. Beware the bait and switch at this place. More

He was knowledgable about the product, but not to flexible with the price. At first i thought wow these guys are kinda ripping me off here. But in the end when i compared the price i received from Hillside Honda to the other competitors, i gotta admit it was more or less the same pretty much. I guess i got a pretty fair deal on an accord... doesnt beat Jersey prices but then again who wants to troop it out to New Jersey.... More

I was, at first very upset because I called and checked on the availability of a used car that was advertised. I was then informed that the car was "sold" of course I suspected that the car was bait, jus on the availability of a used car that was advertised. But the staff was very apologetic and friendly. They actually offered me a deal on a NEW car (2010) that was very reasonable. the price was almost compatible to that of the used car. The salesperson was very friendly, not pushy, in fact I am used to much pushier salespeople. The manager was abrupt but to the point. no haggling, etc just gave the bottom line deal. I deal best with that. Overall I was very satisfied and would return again. More

I had shopped around for a new car at three other dealers and I felt I wasn't taken seriously. Through the internet I was made an offer on a Honda Odyssey EX-L from Christian Sanchez that was close to my as and I felt I wasn't taken seriously. At Hillside Honda I was introduced to Dennis Harris who was always courteous and respectful of my needs. I was taken for a test drive and shown all the ammenities that the car offered. There was never an aggressive sales pitch but rather a respectful attitude in trying to accomodate me. After some negotiations with the manager Mohammed, I agreed on the offer which was an excellent price. Dennis walked me through the whole process. The paperwork, insurance, and financing was taken care of with such ease. Dennis even shared his pizza dinner with me. Hillside is a great service oriented business where the customer comes first. I would definitely recommend Hillside Honda and especially Dennis Harris if you are looking to be treated with respect and for a great deal on a car. The car is great and I love driving it and showing it off. Thanks Dennis, and thanks Hillside!!! More

Per my request, Erica was kind enough to send me several reminders. Immediately upon my entrance I was approached by Ralston whom was eager to show me the models and was very informative with responses to my inquiries about selecting models such as a hybrid versus a non-hybrid. I also had an opportunity to meet with Erica to put a face behind the voice on the phone which is very important to me when being introduced to new people in my life. Afterwards, Ralston gave me the opportunity for a test drive and encouraged me along the way, giving me some good advice on selecting insurance plans which I took and was much better for it. He introduced me to several of his colleagues and his manager whom also were pleasant to deal with and all helped me make my final decision on making my first big purchase with ease and a sense of confidence. Stan has a lot of empathy, he listened to all my questions carefully and tried his best to answer them. He also knows a lot about cars, he was willing to tell me about them even when I didn't ask h questions carefully and tried his best to answer them.
