Hillside Honda's Service Dept. isa top notch - go beyond the call of duty - service dept. When you call to schedule your appointment you are greeted with a smiling voice who will almost accommodate the day the call of duty - service dept. When I drive up to the service dept entrance you are greeted with a smile from one of the technicians who help you to sign in and drive your car to the station where it will be worked on. As you walk thru the door you are immediately taken care of either by Joel, Henry, Joe or Lisa. Whichever service representative you go to sign in your care you will know you are being taken care of by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Each one treats you like you are their only customer and they explain everything to you. They do not try to fool you with extra needed repairs. They are quick, efficient and clean. If you go anywhere else for service you are making a very big mistake. Hillside Honda's Service Dept. is the greatest service dept. Go see for yourself. More
