Terrible service. Dropped my car off at 7am for an Appt. and they call me at 4pm asking if I can leave the car another day because they have not even looked at it. I have always had a good experience when I bring my car in, this time I am not having a good time. I brought in my car last Friday to replace right side mirror housing, top and bottom, they replace the pie in, this time I am not having a good time. I brought in my car last Friday to replace right side mirror housing, top and bottom, they replace the pieces, but the technician broke the mirror, they told me to come back the next day, Saturday, which I did, but they told me that mirror was not in stock, so, they asked me to come back this past Monday, I showed up at 7:15 AM, Monday, again I was informed that mirror was not there, so I called up yesterday which was Wednesday, they told me to come today, Thursday, so when I showed up the they told me the only mirror that have is the left side mirror, so, again, they told me to come back this coming Saturday morning and they will have the correct mirror to install, can I trust them that they will have the correct mirror, I don’t know, this experience has caused a great deal of inconvenience and I don’t trust them when they tell me it will be here on Saturday, I am not very happy, I fact I am irate. I have to take time off from work, waste my gasoline. I don’t appreciate getting the run around. Thank you. More
