I wish I can say I had a good experience since I have been a loyal customer of Hillside Honda for over 20 years. I could not believe this was happening. I brought my car in because I was called in for t been a loyal customer of Hillside Honda for over 20 years. I could not believe this was happening. I brought my car in because I was called in for the recall on my car. I dropped everything and made sure I took off and took my special needs nephew to DayHab on the day and time they wanted. Bu they did not want to finish my car and gave me every excuse. Not my fault. I even called mid day to ask when was my car was going to be finished. Nothing, I didn't stay and harass them I left the car and waited patiently at home. But when they told me my car was not going to be finished just come back tomorrow. Unacceptable. I need my car for work. I am my Autistic nephews transportation to and from DayHab, Supplemental and Sports. I can't just leave my car and show up the next day. I don't have a spare car. I don't have money for ubers or rentals. I don't have Honda care? I make plans and plan accordingly. How do you tell someone whom is Autistic and Special Needs there is a change in your normal routine because I don't have a car to take you where your namally going? You can't because they will hold on to it and argue until they can't argue anymore and then bring it up again. Hillside Honda is doing the work, you know how long it takes to do the work, you are making the schedule to fit the amount of work to be done. Don't put the customer in a position to where we have to defend ourselves because if it was happening to you it would be questioned as well. Don't assume we have spare cars or family around to help. We have to go to work just like you are and I cooperated with you I need for this to be reciprocated. That was a very uncomfortable position to put me in because I have to plan. And I plan carefully because someone depends on me and I am all that he has. And since I believe it was a rush job my car has been reeking of gas. Now what? Smelling that for days cannot be healthy. I wasn't even warned about the smell to prepare myself. Information can go a long way if you give it. Now I'm going to think about if I'm going to come back or not. More

Recall work looks ok, multi inspection - didn't get no information if it was done, I had requested a full diagnostics on my car to be done because the check engine light is on and to see if any recommenda information if it was done, I had requested a full diagnostics on my car to be done because the check engine light is on and to see if any recommendations can be given on maintenance of my vehicle and that was also not done. I had to also call multiple times and couldn't reach the service advisor on the status of my car, when I was initially told it would be ready by end of day the same day as drop off, I was able to pick it up the following day and that is fine, I get that certain work needs more time but not communicating it is the part that is frustrating. Finally, when I was told to pick the car up, the recall work was done, however, everything I explained to the service advisor regarding the multi inspection and full diagnostics on the car and why my check engine light was on, none of that was done. Now I have to take my car to a different Honda dealer to get that done. I understand Service Advisors deals with multiple customers but still should pay attention to the requests of customers dropping there car off and on what they want done or the issue they are having. More
