I dropped off my car for a state inspection at 7:45 AM, but at 12:15 PM, I received a call from service advisor Chris Khedaroo simply stating that my car was ready with no other comments. When I went to pi but at 12:15 PM, I received a call from service advisor Chris Khedaroo simply stating that my car was ready with no other comments. When I went to pick up my car at 5:00 PM, I was told that it did not pass the inspection. I expected the advisor to inform me about any issues and offer potential solutions while my car was still at the dealership. According to the receipt, the actual diagnostic was done at 9:15 AM, but the service center showed no willingness to address the issue on the same day. It was a complete waste of my time to have to return to the dealership. Speaking with the manager didn't help either; all they said was I would need to come back again to fix the problem. Very disappointing service overall. More
