STAY AWAY!!! I can't remember the last time I saw a review that was titled stay away and gave a business the benefit of the doubt and just trusted them. If you want to get great service and be "taken care" of DO NOT COME HERE. I was personally harassed by the salesman who called, texted and left me voicemails about the sale. At inappropriate times of the day none the less. After going ahead and purchasing a vehicle they handed it to me with a temporary inspection which means they were too lazy to inspect the car. Something could have been severely wrong with the vehicle but they clearly are only thinking about closing the deal instead of making sure their customers are safe and happy. Had to return 4 times after taking the vehicle home. They changed paperwork and added some extra costs once we had already decided on a price the previous day. As soon as I said something the salesman got really defensive and gave me some xxxxxxxx. On my fourth visit I confronted the owner and told him I disliked the service I had received and requested a few additional services to compensate for their short comings. The owner Ray literally yelled at my boyfriend and I in front of other customers. He is a huge hot head and at some point I thought he was going to get physical with us. To my knowledge the customer is always right and throwing in a few extra things to satisfy the customer is extremely reasonable and professional. This is clearly not the way the owner Ray thinks. I would not recommend this place at all!!! The people here especially the owner clearly doesn't understand the way business is conducted and doesn't know how to control his temper. At some point he got in my face and was asking me to justify why I deserved to receive these additional items and what "they" had done wrong. Really? Who does that to a customer? In addition to this the mechanic that they used is the biggest joke and the rudest shop you will ever come across. More
