Was doing long and hard internet search for a F-150 Raptor - R. I used Ford Inventory Search and called Shane. He was “johnny on the spot” answering all my questions and getting me proposed deals wit Raptor - R. I used Ford Inventory Search and called Shane. We worked for two days and then I came in with my two trades and picked up the new Raptor on the third day. Shane was super helpful, super professional and extremely courteous. My wife thought he was great to deal with as well. He made everything so pleasant and so easy. Dealership personnel were ALL amazing including Craig in Finance !!! More
