This was an awesome dealership and Shawn was pretty awesome too. It was a great buying experience. And that young kid Caleb went above and beyond. Their online pricing is very deceptive. The salesman did not communicate that the online price was with the incentives already added in. I would like to communicate with a manager please? First, this was the worst buying experience of a vehicle I have ever had. I came in due to the voucher on Facebook saying, if you're upside-down on your vehicle then ya'll can help. A few Red Flags were: The trade in was denied, but was told there was a lot of voucher money put towards the vehicle Then the salesman kept push the fact that in Texas we are safe from having the bank garnish our checks for a vehicle loan. Then when I was checking insurance and trying to communicate with my bank about our Truck we were trying to trade it, my husband said I could go to the truck. I Then stated that we still didn't have our keys, but our truck wasn't in the shop. I also didn't feel right about it costing so much without any roll over (negative equity), which i mentioned to the salesman. We didn't get our Truck keys back until after we signed and paid the $1000 down for the new one. Lastly when I drove away in our vehicle (not the new one) a light or blinker was out, which wasn't out when we arrived. We need to return it. Appreciate any help you can provide. I sent this letter to the dealership 6 days after having the vehicle. With no reply. Now after 7 days, we can't drive the Truck due to a Low engine oil pressure notification on the dash and grinding when we press on the gas. More
