We have been using Hillsboro Ford for service for several years. I can usually schedule service when I need it without having to wait. oh my last repair job that was a recall from Ford, someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service. It has made me revaluate whether or no someone definitely dropped the ball. Either Ford or the local dealership provided a terrible customer service. No one reached out to me to keep me informed nor apologize for the poor quality of this service. More
