2001 Ford Focus, not purchased at this dealership, had a busted right spring. Ford's Customer Service program for certain 01 Focus' allows dealerships to replace the springs without charge to the customer busted right spring. Ford's Customer Service program for certain 01 Focus' allows dealerships to replace the springs without charge to the customer (within 10 years, or 100k mi from purchase) My vehicle fell into this. Closest dealership to my house, and "Mr. Nice" from service was very helpful. Said it would take an hour and a half; set up an appt for 7 am the next morning. Dropped the car off, had to deal w/ "Mr. Not So Nice." Was planning on waiting, but "Mr. I Don't Care About Your Car" stated, "I'm not sure how long, but I'll get it done before the end of the day." Mentioned to him a little lag I had in the acceleration (Fuel Pump has a Customer Service program as well) and he said my car wasn't covered, but for $50.00 they could do a "driveability diagnostic." Because the lag was minor, I declined as for $50, I can get new plugs, filters, etc. to fix the lag. They had a gentlemen drive me home. Get a call an hour later from "Mr. Hasn't Ever Looked At A Watch" stating my car is ready to go. I would have stayed at the shop, but oh well, things happen. Arrived later, my car now has a check engine light on and shakes uncontrolably when in drive - stated my issue w/ the General Manager since no Service Manager was there; he said they'd look into it tom. morning. Went in the next morning and immediately, as I asked about it, "Mr. I Know What They Did To Your Car" went on the defensive of, "You said it had problems, and you declined the diagnostic." Same response from their Service Manager. Basically, I dropped the car off where you could drive it, no problem, but now, a check engine light & shaking occurs - and I'm too blame for it. To make a long story short, they would not concede and work on my car for free (or at least apologize for the isssue, or anything like that at all), had to talk him down from $110 diagnostic to $75 IF I bought the parts from them. Ended up being an ignition coil and pig tail connectors (which ALWAYS goes on a vehicle) and all together it was $218. Moral of the story - guys are crooks, and bad ones at that. I explained that I understood what they are doing and their response was, "There's no way we'd ever do that on purpose." I'd highly suggest taking business else well - Braeger Ford on 27th has a MUCH better service dept. I used to buy all my Ford parts from Hiller due to prices - I'll pay 10% more so I don't give money to this dealership & allow them to continue in this manor. Customer service is the least of their worries - obviously, in a declining economy, there's no reason you'd want to keep customer's coming to you. I typically don't step foot into a dealership, but the Ford program made me do it - looking back on it, I should have bought the parts myself and spent the couple hours changing the springs myself - at least I wouldn't have bent myself over a table... Previously purchased 2 new and 2 used vehicles from Hiller. Went to buy another and drove out in a new Ford Explorer. With the price and incentives I could not go wrong. Between Wayne and Dave I got Hiller. Went to buy another and drove out in a new Ford Explorer. With the price and incentives I could not go wrong. Between Wayne and Dave I got what I research my trade would be worth. Jeff and Darwin made the delivery process smooth and fast! More
I have been buying both new and used vehicles at Hiller Ford for close to 20 years now, I would recommend no other Ford Dealer in the Milwaukee metro area. The service I have received at Hiller from both t Ford for close to 20 years now, I would recommend no other Ford Dealer in the Milwaukee metro area. The service I have received at Hiller from both the sales and service staff has been more than adequate and my needs have been met or surpassed. Not long ago I had major service work done my vehicle that I had purchased from Hiller a few years ago, while my vehicle's warranty had expired the staff and management of the dealership stood behind there product, for this I was very grateful. Bought a used car that broke down twice in the first 24 hours. first was told that it needed a battery, has someone pick me up off the side of the road and got a battery ($100) and it restarted. went to wo hours. first was told that it needed a battery, has someone pick me up off the side of the road and got a battery ($100) and it restarted. went to work (4hrs late). After work I was heading back to the dealer and the car died again. Now a tow truck had to come. they said in 30min to a hour. 2 1/2 hrs later no tow truck. I got a ride to the dealer and was still considering buying another car (was going to buy 2) I took the other car overnight and returned the next night (Now my 4th out of five nights) and never even offered a soda. I met with rude and poor attitude salesman witch did not even stand up to greet me and my family. I mention I found the same car for 2k less and asked him what he could do for me on the price. He simply said I guess I'll take the plates off and go home. And he did without saying goodbye. I was approved and ready to sign papers and the guy couldnt even throw in a oil change, to try and get my buisness after all I went through. that is how it ended. No wonder the auto makers cant sell cars. this guy wants a commission for absolutly no effort. I am in customer service so I didnt even get upset when the first car broke down because stuff happens. but to not even make a effort to compensate me on another purchase is UNBELIEVABLE. Oh and I was approved to buy 2 cars from them. I am sure someone out there will want my buisness. On a positive side the finance guy was great!!! More

Hiller Ford dealer has the worst service. I had my car towed to this dealer because I was close to the dealer. The technical writer was being a jerk about the whole thing. He didn't even care to listen to towed to this dealer because I was close to the dealer. The technical writer was being a jerk about the whole thing. He didn't even care to listen to what I have to say regarding the issue with the car. He only joted my number and address and send me off. This happened on Friday. Today (Monday), I received a call from someone at Hiller Service. This person asked me for where I parked my car, and what color and model is my car. In addition, this person asked what is wrong with my car. If I have the choice, I would have my car towed to Heiser Ford! More
