Poor service department I took my 96 Grand Marquix into Hiller. I got a recall in the mail for the cruise control. I didn't think is was needed but my wife took it in. They explained all of the paperwork in normal terms so that I could understand fully what I was signing. To add to my already wonderful experience, Steve took the time to sit in my new car with me and go over basic setup of the Sync system, and the computer options in the car. Also, they offer a great extended warranty that I know will come in handy. All of the poeple that I encountered there were happy, and willing to go out of their way to help cater to my needs.
