He had the car up front and ready to go for us when we called to do a test drive, and also when we came to pick it up for final purchase, which has not been the case at other dealerships. More

Easy going without sales pressure Purchased my 2017 Fusion Sport from Hiller Ford after test driving the 2017 MKZ 3.0. With a price quote from Lincoln, I determined a (lower) price tha Purchased my 2017 Fusion Sport from Hiller Ford after test driving the 2017 MKZ 3.0. With a price quote from Lincoln, I determined a (lower) price that Hiller needed to get to in order to do their base brand. The sales manager worked his magic to arrive at my net figure (doesn't matter to me if they discount the new car heavily or give more for my trade). My sales person was very nice, still growing into his role (read as newer employee), which meant I needed to figure out some of the Sync3 technology for myself, which is very different from my Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, and Acura (I'm not at all brand loyal, I've had 9 different brands in my 18 years of driving - my business is earned through innovation not previous experiences). He did everything right, just needs to borrow a new vehicle to get to know the fearures. Hiller verbally promised 2 years of oil changes and a tire rotation. Too bad they don't own a carwash, as Lincoln offered complimentary weekly washes. Certainly not enough to change my purchase decision. More

Not 1 but 2 huge pointless trips This place has a lot to learn about respecting potential buyers. Saturday I drove here which is 1 hour and 20 minutes one way to look at a specific ca This place has a lot to learn about respecting potential buyers. Saturday I drove here which is 1 hour and 20 minutes one way to look at a specific car. Walked talked to the first salesman, got the key and went for a drive. Got back that salesman went to a different building. The second salesman answered a few questions then got a call also to go to the other building. Tells us if we want to wait around he would be back. We left drove home again 1 hour and 20 minutes. Monday I call on a similar car with less miles. Tell this salesman I am coming to look at it and he says ok. At this point I let him know it will be an hour or so before I will arrive because again it's an 1 hour and 20 minute drive. We get there find the salesman I talked to. Let him know that I called about this car earlier he immediately responds "oh yeah we just sold that sorry". So as I am looking to spend between $10,000 and $15,000 which might not mean that much to these people but it means something to me. I will never buy anthing from here after this even though there was still 2 vehicles I was interested in. All and all I wasted 5 hours 30 minutes for nothing more than frustration and disappointment. We walked into the dealership to purchase one model and the salesman spent the next hour trying to up-sell us on a more expensive model. Later we agreed to purchase a particular vehicle in the model we wanted that was located on another dealer's lot. As we were signing papers, the salesman changed the terms in the middle of the sale by $430.00. We had that straightened out and put down money on the car we wanted.. The final straw was Hiller could not obtain the vehicle they sold us and tried to slip in a different car, one with higher mileage. We walked away from this sale and purchased a car from a different dealership. More
