New Vehicle Issues Not Resolved / Ford Does Not Care I purchased a new $50,000 Edge ST in April of 2019. The vehicle has a bad vibration over 70 mph, and the steering wheel shakes. After 6 visits, I st I purchased a new $50,000 Edge ST in April of 2019. The vehicle has a bad vibration over 70 mph, and the steering wheel shakes. After 6 visits, I still have the problem. My gripe is with the quality of work. They started by balancing, then a new tire, then a new driveshaft. Basically changing parts and not actually knowing what was wrong. There was even a visit by the Ford Engineers. After all of that, I had to ask them to put on a different set of know smooth wheels. It resulted in the conclusion that I have a bad wheel. Since they spent all this money on non necessary parts, they refuse to replace the wheel. The reasoning is that the Ford Engineers who test drove the vehicle said it is within specs. I guess it's ok to have a $50,000 vehicle with a pulsating steering wheel and a very noticeable vibration. It's sad because I have purchased many vehicles over the last 20 years from Hiller. They make me feel like the history does not matter. More
Have had multiple workman ship issues with Hiller Ford, none of which have they wanted to stand behind. I had RECALL work done there in Jan 2018, now this summer was getting grease/silicone on the ins none of which have they wanted to stand behind. I had RECALL work done there in Jan 2018, now this summer was getting grease/silicone on the inside of the window. Took it to my local dealership and was informed that it was a workman ship issue related to how the recall work was done. I took this information to Don the service manager who is refusing responsibility despite the local dealer explaining to him exactly why. His excuse has nothing to do with their shoddy work but more of the time since they did the recall work. Upon speaking with Don he states that the parts Ford uses for a recall should not be trusted for more than 12 months. It's pretty bad that the service manager doesn't even believe in the parts he is using. More

You wont get reassurance here! I am looking for a reliable used car, and visited the dealership following a recommendation. Russ was the "salesman" that I was set up to talk to. He I am looking for a reliable used car, and visited the dealership following a recommendation. Russ was the "salesman" that I was set up to talk to. He pulled the SUV around front that was seen online. He was told that several people informed me the price was higher than market and he was immediately soured. He didn't try to assure me WHY it was of value, but snarled that everyone has a different opinion. The detailed car was full of stains, the hard trunk liner was dirty (sand/gravel) and there were grease fingerprints on the inside of door. Exterior dents can be overlooked, however console compartment was also broken. Advised him that I was due for a good car and if I was spending that much money, I would like one without such obvious issues. Instead of telling me not to worry, he snapped "i never told you i wouldn't fix it". Again, dont be so defensive, HELP reassure me. SELL me on the car. Calm my worries. He then threw his hands up and said "Not even worth you trying to drive it then". After his rude and unnecessary responses, I handed him the keys, said "guess not" and was on my way. Perhaps recommend another car??? People that are buying a car, dont want to fix it right away. If there is concern, assure them that it will be handled. Be a salesperson and sell the car. Regardless how amazing the dealership itself is, or how great others are, he destroyed my chances of returning and me telling others anything but this story. More
