We have 14 service bays and our technicians are ASE Certified. Our Parts counter is located beside our cashier, inside our customer lounge. Everything was great for my Service Appointment (2016 Rogue). However, when you call and ask for the Service Department, you're usually placed on hold and the call isn't answered, it just rings back.
