We have 14 service bays and our technicians are ASE Certified. Our Parts counter is located beside our cashier, inside our customer lounge. I worked with Lizbeth in the service department. There were some bumps in the road with service costs, but we eventually got the issues resolved. I did ask for the bad bearings that were replaced in my car, but did not receive them (my husband wanted to see them). Luis, the mechanic, had my car running beautifully after all was said and done. Israel and Karol did a great job shuttling me back and forth to my home. Both are excellent and cautious drivers and very friendly as well! I do wish I had received some paperwork covering the warranty on my four new tires. I was told the info is in their computer system, but I would prefer having a hard copy in my own files, because I really don't know exactly what is included in the warranty for my $1300 purchase. Perhaps if they read this I will be provided with the information. Over all, the service was good and everyone I dealt with was professional. More

There I was, sitting, waiting, wondering how long I’d be there. To the left I looked, to the right and then forward. Wait what was that aroma? It was the freshest cup of coffee I would ever taste.
