We have 14 service bays and our technicians are ASE Certified. Our Parts counter is located beside our cashier, inside our customer lounge. You sll are crooks and should be shut down. Takeing advantage of existing customers and charging for repairs not needed. Your customer service resonse (Zack) is a scarred underqualified salesman. It is terrible where this company is going.
