Pedro the mechanic was very rude. I was told my car was fixed and there was no issue with the transmission, it only needed calibration and reprogramming, I paid over $400 for the ser I was told my car was fixed and there was no issue with the transmission, it only needed calibration and reprogramming, I paid over $400 for the service that only took an hour to perform. I then drove the car and noticed the issue still remained. The mechanic then argued with me after driving the car and seeing there was still a problem. Even to the point of insulting me. I told the advisor I wanted to speak to the manager but she refused. I also asked to purchase a key for the wheel locks on my car but was denied and told they could only remove the wheel locks and replace with lug nuts. That was a lie I found out after the service. After the service was suppose to be complete I spoke with the parts department and was able to purchase the key which was $17 less than the lug nut replacement I was charged. My car is still there and I am afraid they will find a way to over charge me for the service my car actually needs. I wish I never took my vehicle to this location. More

Services requested were done OK on my Titan PU but one of which was to replace the hood props; however, when I opened the hood before drivnig off one of the old xxxxxxwas left inside the engine compartment a which was to replace the hood props; however, when I opened the hood before drivnig off one of the old xxxxxxwas left inside the engine compartment and could have damaged the engine had it fallen into fan or belts. This is a lack of attention to detail and didn't make me happy. When I pointed it out to one of male service providers I got a very Ho-Hum reaction and no apology. Poor inspection as far as I'm concerned. I have brought my vehicle to Hill Nissan for every service and repair even after extended warranty ran out. Seems they have a high turnover in their maintenance dept. Your labor costs of $180 an hour are very high and I'm considering seeking mechanical help elsewhere. I am considering purchase of a new Titan but not if this kind of lack of concern is prevalent. More
