a day ago New We just purchased the most beautiful 2025 Kicks SR & our experience is hard to put into words, but I’ll give it a go. We knew prior to arriving, we were going to trade-in my 2019 Kicks, I lov Kicks SR & our experience is hard to put into words, but I’ll give it a go. We knew prior to arriving, we were going to trade-in my 2019 Kicks, I love this model from Nissan & I wanted a blue one, my favorite color. We just stepped out of our previous Kicks & we were so warmly greeted by Justin, he listened instantly & told us to let him go get the Kicks he knew matched what I was looking for & he nailed it. Justin was the absolutely kindest & most personable salesperson we have ever had the pleasure working with & meeting. We will speak his praises forever. Norm in finance blew us away with his kindness & all of his help with his hard work & dedication to us, we’re just a normal, but very hilarious couple. These two outstanding gentlemen should be the faces of Hill Nissan. Justin also brought Bernie to meet us because I mentioned how Bernie left a happy birthday voicemail on my phone for my husband 3 days before our amazing adventure at Hill Nissan. This dedication & warmth of both Justin & Norm, especially on a nasty weather day, was just incredibly moving & memorable. We have purchased from Hill Nissan before, the last time was in July 2019, but it wasn’t quite a positive experience, but we did leave with the car I wanted & its water under the bridge, we focus on the positivity in the world. I have been purchasing cars myself since I was 18 & no other experience anywhere can compare to the service & care Justin & Norm provided to us on Saturday, January 18, 2025. These gentlemen deserve 1,000 gold stars for enduring the craziness that we are daily, some people probably find us “too much”, but happiness is the key to life. We feel like Justin & Norm are extended family members, whether they like it or not 😊. Thank you, Justin & Norm for spending time with us & making our car wishes come true. When we were out last night, a woman driving past in a really nice car (it wasn’t Nissan so I don’t care) & she told us we had to give her our beautiful truck & said she loved the color, Arctic Blue.
