She can’t keep up with her customers and there appointments. At this point she doesn’t know if she’s coming or going! I drove 45 minutes for her to tell me she doesn’t remember making my appointment or having a rental I could use like she stated when scheduling my appointment almost two weeks ago.. Not only issues with today!!!! It’s every time I go there…..If you have to wait for your vehicle it might get fixed that day or it might take 2 weeks . Have had my car a little over a year and has been in and out of shop!!!! Don’t go here!!! I’m going to write a review every day!!! More

I was 5 stars before I received a letter 45 days after I closed the sale stating I owed the dealership an additional $237.00 because they failed to correctly estimate the cost of Tag/Title/Tax. I agreed on closed the sale stating I owed the dealership an additional $237.00 because they failed to correctly estimate the cost of Tag/Title/Tax. I agreed on a price and signed a contract, paid the dealership. I have received the TT&L from the state. I am in the construction business when I underestimate a project and sign a contract the price is the price. I can not tell a customer I made a mistake and expect them to pay me more money. I do not think I am responsible to pay the dealership error. More

In June 2021, I bought my leased Nissan pickup. $300 was added to the buy out price and an $899 dealer fee before tax t & t. $1199 seems like double what it should be.
