Worst customer service department ever, returned my mothers jeep with 3 holes in the bumper and held up with zip ties, didn’t have holes or zip ties before going in. Service adviser Janet yelled and argued with my mother over the phone, went up there with her on Monday to talk to service manager and he argued saying that is the only way they could keep the bumper up, bull crap, you don’t drill holes in someone’s vehicle and zip tie it unless you talk to the owner and explain the options and the OWNER SAYS OK which my mother NEVER DID! More

Marc in Service and Rebecca in the collision shop took very good care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was as good as new. They had to work hard to get my sorry insuranc very good care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure my Jeep was as good as new. They had to work hard to get my sorry insurance adjusters to do their job and they eventually won the day and made everything right regardless of the challenges. A few years ago they provided great service and customer care. Seems like it has gone down hill and of late I have had some problems (related to poor recall repairs) with customer care. Having said that my last visit for an oil change went without a hitch with my service advisor Amber Kelleher who put me at ease and was professional and friendly. A welcome change. More
