Went in for express oil change and said it will be two hour wait. So I call the next day to see the wait time before driving up there and was told 30 minutes but when I arrived 10 minutes later it was 2 h hour wait. Horrible service center took Jeep in for recall on airbag I asked if something could be reglude on defrost system on back glass. They called me told me it would be $462 to fix I’d declined. Then they tried to turn around and charge me $145 diagnostic fee. When I told them I was not going to pay it I did not ask for that. Then they felt the need to sit me down with the service manager who is going to explain to me how service centers work needless to say I’m old enough to know and I didn’t stick around for the lecture. Unless you have to go to this dealer don’t if you’re not giving them money they treat you like dirt. If you need work done go to Expert Tune on 9 mile road they’re honest More
This place has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I'm getting rid of my Jeep that I actually love because of the dealership how sad is that. Took my car in a week ago for the warranty work to be done that took 2 months to get the parts in on. 3 days in I called to check status because I hadn't heard a word, and was told hadn't gotten in shop yet, but would get it in shop the next morning hopefully done by afternoon, next day afternoon no calls so I call up to be told it's a 17 hour job so it's not done. The next day I'm told it will be ready Monday afternoon (a full week from when it was turned in) to find out only on Saturday when I wanted something from in my car that it's never been in the shop at all. Lies lies lies and zero communication skills. Supposedly my car is in the shop now and will take a few days. Maybe I'll have it by the weekend since todays only Monday More

Pulled into Hill Kelly and they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it on Saturday July 2nd s experienced trouble with my Wrangler.
