I own a 2007 Dodge Ram Truck and have had to have body work done twice. Once was in TN and just recently at Hill-Kelly. I have never been treated with such concern and caring as I was by Dean in the colli work done twice. Once was in TN and just recently at Hill-Kelly. I have never been treated with such concern and caring as I was by Dean in the collision department and Rocky in the body shop. Both of these men should be given awards for the outstanding work they do. I thought my bedliner wasn't properly installed and called Dean. He told me to bring it back in and they would take care of the problem. Upon arriving Rocky showed me that the sun had caused the problem but with my permission and four screws later my bedliner looked like new. This had nothing to do with the body work performed but they cared enough to repair the problem and for this I am grateful. I will recommend and continue to use Hill-Kelly Dodge for all my truck needs and this outstanding service is why I have given a number five rating. My 2007 Chrysler Town and Country is a great vehicle. When anything goes wrong with it, I make it a high priority to get it corrected as soon as possible. When the passenger side window stopped working When anything goes wrong with it, I make it a high priority to get it corrected as soon as possible. When the passenger side window stopped working (wouldn't go up or down from either control switch),I called Hill-Kelly Dodge to schedule repairs. John Chambers was the one who answered the call directed to the Service Department. He was very courteous over the phone and said they could schedule me in right away. On arrival, John Chambers reviewed my vehicles' record and the mileage indicated that the window system was still under warrantee. The mechanic found that the motor for the window drive was internally open. It was replaced and everything worked as advertised. John Chambers took quality time to explain all that was found and what they did to correct it. I came away completely pleased and satisfied with the way Hill-Kelly Dodge and John showed they cared about the way my van operated and "worked" for me. I will always use Hill-Kelly Dodge for any required maintenance and upkeep on my van and my Dodge truck. More
