My experience with Mr. McArthur far out weighed my experience with the salesman who sold me the car. If I had to rate my experience on the sales side I would have to rate it as "1". This is the 5th a experience with the salesman who sold me the car. If I had to rate my experience on the sales side I would have to rate it as "1". This is the 5th automobile I've purchased and have never felt so "taken" before. The salesman was not honest with me from the beginning, only it was too late before I realized it. He rushed through with explanations and was not truthful about the car's cruise control. He "sold" me the car under the impression it was exactly like the one I test drove, which it was not. Then he proceeded to tell me that none of the cars came with the cruise control already added, that it is added after the car is sold, that the device came with the car and would be added at the dealership once sold. When I questioned him about it, he then said he didn't know why it wasn't already on the car, but they had the part and could add it to my Jeep the next week. I took my car in on Monday to leave it and he acted like we never talked about me bringing the car back on Monday to have the cruise added. He then promised if I left the car the cruise, cargo cover and stain on the roof liner would all be corrected. I left my car and returned on Friday to find out they didn't have the cruise control part, the cargo cover wasn't in and the stain was still there. So why the need to leave my car for 3 days? The best service came from Mr. McArthur who took ownership of the situation. He wasn't worried about who said what and when they said it nor the fact it wasn't his responsibility to see about the cruise control and cargo cover, yet he did. He was professional from beginning to end. That is what customer service is about, not where to point the blame nor how to dodge responsibility. Had my 2008 dodge Charger in shop twice due to 2 different accidents. The 1st accident the car was in the shop for about a month and everything was fixed and to my expectations of when I bought the different accidents. The Service Department(Reese Trantham) always was there to answer my calls and return them as well. Also answered all my questions about the repairs. The 2nd accident took about 2.5 months and again Reese and his team were on top of it,fixing the car again back to factory condition. He and his team went above and beyond a customers satisfaction of repairing a car.. I thank him and Hilly Kelly Dodge for being there in my troubled times of accidents and also ,for being VERY understandable during the times the car was in the shop. I could have taken the car to other Dodge dealerships in the area or another car repair shops,but I felt more confortable with Hill Kelly Dodge and the service department there.I felt they knew me,and I knew them. I felt like I was a customer and I was important as the day I bought the car 2 years ago. More
Hill Kelly has been a very easy dealer to work with. I've always been able to get my van in quickly and waited while the service was performed. Scott Bowden is always very attentive and efficient. I feel comfortable with Scott and his recommendations, and he goes beyond the "service" and makes two times I've visited the dealership for service. Service was very good, however, I had an 8:15 appointment and did not leave until 11:00. I had an oil change and a few items to check out. When I contacted Hill Kelly and the service specialist who came to the phone promptly made me an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that Scott Bowden who came to the phone promptly made me an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that Scott Bowden is now an employee of Hill Kelly Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. Although when I previously took my vehicle to Hill Kelly and was treated very well; previously I took my Town and Country to a Chrysler dealership that Scott had worked at - one of the reasons I choose to keep my business there was due to his courtesy and professionalism. However, I know for a fact that I will continue to use Hill Kelly for servicing my Chrysler - especially since Scott is now working at Hill Kelly, and I consider him as being thoroughly knowledgeable regarding Chrysler products. While my vehicle was being repaired, Scott arranged for a rental car in order for me to get to work and make appointments that I had previously scheduled. A few years ago, we were unhappy with Hill Kelly, so we moved our business to the Milton dealer. Now that they are closed we found ourselves in a perdicament. We had to find a new Jeep dealer so we were forced to try Hill Kelly again. On our last two visits we had the pleasure of working with your service advisor Scott Bowden. He got to hear our whole story about the poor service we received in past years. He assured us that this wouldn't happen again and that he would take good care of us and our car. He was so nice and informative about everything that they would be checking on our Jeep. If Hill Kelly continues to employ people as friendly and knowledgable as Mr. Bowden, maybe when we get ready to buy again we will try and see if the Sales area has improved as much as the Service area. That discount resulted in a little over $100 dollars off for my service. Why they don't have a link to it on their regular dealer site I don't know? I was just happy to see some coupons from them for a change. I worked with John Cahmbers and was very happy with his advice. I needed a ride home and back after service and I was reallly impressed with that service. I rode home with Jim, who was great, and he picked me up quickly and took me back after my service was complete. My truck is running great and I was very happy with my service experience with them this time. My only complaint would be that the inside of my truck was a little dirtier after the service. It would be great if they could vacumn and wash after a service. If they did, it would rank them at the top of my list. More

Not only was the service writer, John Chambers, extremely knowledgeable and professional, he took the time to make me feel like a Very Important Customer. Just an oil change!
