The key fobs for our car quit working and another dealer was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. Hill Kelly was able to get them in 2 days instead of was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. Hill Kelly was able to get them in 2 days instead of 3 months and had them reprogrammed in 2 hours. Good job Mike and Hill Kelly. The service we received is very good. More

Mike has been the only Service Advisor I have delt with since purchasing my 2006 Jeep. He has always been professional and courtious. Although this trip was just for routine service, past visits hav requ since purchasing my 2006 Jeep. He has always been professional and courtious. Although this trip was just for routine service, past visits hav required extensive repairs that we covered under the extended warranty. Mike made sure arrangements were made for a rental car while repairs were made and kept me informed ofthe status of the repairs. He is a great asset to Hill Kelly!!! More

I'm a sales rep & I put about 55,000 miles/yr on a leased vehicle that my company provides. Norma realizes that time is very important to me and she sat down & scheduled a service time of 4:00 PM tha leased vehicle that my company provides. When I came in, she immediately recognized me & got the vehicle into the service dept. They did the scheduled maintenance and I was on my way. She was very helpful, courteous, & efficient. I have dealt with another Dodge dealership in Dothan, AL in the past and I'm new to this area, so I have only used Hill Kelly a couple of times this year. The Dothan dealership valued their customers that received leased vehicles through their dealership. When you went in to pick up the new vehicle Teresa Stelly would handle all the paperwork. Teresa gave me her card and said that she realized the importance of keeping my vehicle running since it was the only way I could see my customers face to face. I could call her and she had the authority to put me in with a technician so I could get in/out quickly. I always tried to give her at least a half day notice. She was very helpful and she reduced the hassle that servicing a vehicle sometimes brings. You might want to make sure that the person responsible for your leased vehicles has the authority to get folks in/out quickly. I could spend my money somewhere else and have a quick lube do the job. More
