Norma and the entire dealership will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I have had my 2000 Jeep serviced there for many years and have been always pleased. I brought my car in on Friday afternoon because of a check-engine light showing. Mike had it checked out right away and I brought it back in the following week to get the work done. They found a numbe check-engine light showing. Mike had it checked out right away and I brought it back in the following week to get the work done. They found a number of other things that were wrong and I was able to get everything done at once and in less time than Mike had estimated. All the work except for the oil change was covered under the Chrysler extended warranty, including the car rental. My 2004 Dodge Caravan is back on the road and I am a happy camper. More

Got into my vechicle this morning and noticed an emergency light on. I drove into Hill Kelly Dodge and was greeted promptly. The service advisor, John Chambers was very polite and informed me that i emergency light on. I drove into Hill Kelly Dodge and was greeted promptly. The service advisor, John Chambers was very polite and informed me that it was my tire pressure light. He pulled it in and got it taken care of within minutes. My family from Texas was traveling for Thanksgiving weekend on Sunday November 27, stayed in a motel overnight and called the dealership on Monday. William in service sent a shuttle van to get them & the driver Phil was very helpfull. Once at the dealership they were greeted by Norma,service advisor, she was able to get the van into the shop right away. The battery was dead and had to be charged before any further testing could be done. They wanted to rent another vehicle and go on their way but Norma kept saying let us complete the test so the cause of failure was known. Thank goodness she was patient with them because the only thing wrong with the van was the fuel gauge was reading wrong and they ran the van out of gas, how stupid. If Norma hadn't of taken charge of the repair, they would have wasted money on renting a vehicle because the van was out of gas. Thank you all for the assistance given to my family and to Norma for her ability and skills in making the right decision for the customers benefit, Shelby Contreras, 2009 Dodge Caravan. More

After calling and talking to someone in service I decided to stop by the dealership to find out how extensive the replacment of a small part would be. By phone I was told that the part would have to be ordered but John explained to the Parts Manager what was needed and the part was in stock. After a few short minutes my problem was fixed and installed by John and I was on my way. Great service! More
