I FIRST MET REECE WHEN I NEEDED TO HAVE MY 2006 DODGE DAKOTA LARAMIE SERVICED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD BEEN SERVICED AND ADVISED ME MY TIRES HAD REACHED THE POINT W DAKOTA LARAMIE SERVICED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD BEEN SERVICED AND ADVISED ME MY TIRES HAD REACHED THE POINT WHERE THEY NEEDED TO CHANGED. HE INFORMED ME THE TIRES WERE NOT IN STOCK AND HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THEM. REECE NOTIFIED ME WHEN THE TIRES HAD ARRIVED. I RETURNED TO HAVE MY TIRES CHANGED. THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS RUBBING, DUE TO SOME DAMAGE I HAD RECIEVED TO IT. I ALSO HAD SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE REAR BUMBER AND THE RIGHT SIDE. I ASKED REECE IF HE WOULD DO A DAMAGE ESTIMATE. HE WILLINGLY OBLIGED. I HAD TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER HAD PROVIDED ESTIMATES I RETURNED TO HILL KELLY DODGE FOR THE REPAIR WORK. REECE HAD TO CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ON MY BEHALF. HE TOOK THIS BURDEN OFF ME. AS MORE DAMAGE HAD OCURRED THAN WAS READLY VISIBLE, HE OBTAINED MORE FUNDS SO THE DAMAGE COULD BE COMPLETED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE'S PERFORMANCE, HE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGESS OF THE REPAIRS. I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE REPAIR WORK. I HAVE NO PROBLEM TO RECOMMED REECE TO ANYONE. Purchased our 2010 Dodge Caravan a few months before driving to Florida. After hearing a funny sound we visited the garage. My 2010 Chrysler Town & Country Limited was leaking fluid. It appeared that there might be need for a major repair and I asked John to check on my extended lifetime care plus service contract and to fluid. It appeared that there might be need for a major repair and I asked John to check on my extended lifetime care plus service contract and to my shock we found that Chrysler had cancelled my contract. Thanks to John's help we got the contract reinstated immediately. The end of the story is that the leak was caused by a faulty oil filter and the repair was made with no charge. I went to the dealership with no appointment and was serviced immediately in a positive, friendly way. This is my second dealing with John Chambers, who is a low key, real pro at what he does. I am pleased with the dealership especially because they did not sell me the vehicle, I bought it in another state. I recommend Hill-Kelly service department and especially, John. After my new car got rear-ended twice, I took it to Dean to be repaired both times. i could not have asked for more when it came to quality of work.
