As someone who works full-time as a member service representative, I understand that it's an extremely difficult profession, which not everyone can do. So, when there is someone that has went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant and least stressful as possible, I feel they deserve the proper recognition. It doesn't matter if I'm coming in for an oil change or to have significant repairs done, I've started making it a priority to see your employee, Michael Smoote, each time I come in. On every single occasion, he has done a superior job and sets the bar extremely high for his peers. I can't recall a time that he has not gone out his way and done everything in his power to make my experience as quick and memorable as possible. In addition to the outstanding customer service provided, he has always given honest and upfront recommendations without trying to pressure me into purchasing anything unnecessary. Once again, I'd like to mention that as a full-time worker and student, I rarely have any free time, especially to write reviews.
