Caravan fixed in a timely manner I rolled the window on the drivers side down, but to my dismay, it would not roll up. It was late morning and I was afraid it would rain that day. I didn't want rain to get into the car, but I had an engagement that evening that I did not want to miss. I didn't think my car would be finished that day, but I took my caravan in and the service man was very attentive to my needs. It was also time for an oil job. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished by 3:30. Great service. More

Don't Need Everything Suggested My request for service on this visit was: (1) The driver's side sliding door had to be unlocked by hand or it would not open at all. The passenger s My request for service on this visit was: (1) The driver's side sliding door had to be unlocked by hand or it would not open at all. The passenger side sliding door switch has to be "hit" 2-3 times to get door to open. (It closes on the first try). (2) The headliner is "drooping down" above the front seats. What can be done? When called out to go over the recommendations, It was recommended that: (1) Replace both sliding door motors, and the solenoid for the driver's side door locking mechanism. (2) Go to Penton's Trim Shop on "W" Street to seek help on the headliner. What we did: (1) The motors may come to be a mandatory change, but not now. (Expensive) The lock-unlock problem with the driver's side door was fixed with parts replacement. I will "live" with the other side door's limitations until motor replacement is the only fix. (2) Scheduled headliner replacement with Penton's. They pull the whole overhead insulation frame out and change the material. It looks great now and has a full year replacement guarantee. I suggest to keep referring customers to them for problems with the headliners, flooring, etc. Thanks. More
