The email sent to me informing that it was time for scheduled maintenance had the wrong phone number for the dealership. I drove to the dealership to make an appointment. Bradley apologized for the wrong phone number and said he would inform his manager of the error. the day of my appointment Bradley did the intake and made my experience pleasant. More
Needed brakes Brakes and calibers fixed but I also had a ESP light that would not go out. Prior dealerships including the dealership I bought my jeep from said it w Brakes and calibers fixed but I also had a ESP light that would not go out. Prior dealerships including the dealership I bought my jeep from said it was normal to have the light on because the jeep had a 3 inch lift kit which I never really understood. Hill Kelly servic mechanics said all I needed was an softwear upgrade which they performed and now the ESP function on my jeep works when I actually push the switch. No more light unless I want it. Simple but amazing this is the only jeep dealership that knew how to fix the problem. More

My insurance company tried to jack her around on my windshield with trying to put a aftermarket windshield instead of the original little jeep in the corner and she wasn't having that. She took care of my wrangler like she owned it and it was a very new and stressful time for me and she took charge and made sure it happened the way she wanted it to happen. I would not want to have to spar with this women because she doesn't take no for an answer. I could not have been happier with the service and the repairs that were made. I'll always be a life long customer of Hill Kelly's. More
