I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately by my Service Advisor. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. After discussion about the service needed for my 2015 Jeep Wrang immediately by my Service Advisor. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. My Service Advisor sent me a text later the same day letting me know that my Jeep's service was complete. I was again greeted promptly when I returned to pay for and pick up my Jeep. The Cashier was extremely courteous and professional and quickly addressed a request I had with my bill. Overall my experience with the staff at Hill-Kelly was exceptional. Would not recommend a Jeep. To many brake problems Jeep is not a reliable vehicle as far as brake system and sensors are concerned. Should not have two brake jobs within 28000+ miles.
