I just had the ball joints replaced and front end aligned on my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon which I bought new at Hill Kelly. David Del Regato was my service representative and was awesome to deal with on my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon which I bought new at Hill Kelly. "Cleav" was the mechanic that worked on it and showed me an additional item that he thought would improve my Jeeps driving characteristics which was much appreciated. Well I took my truck to Hill Kelly because of fearing further damage to my 2500 if continued to use. Hear a slight knocking or tapping of lifters no less than 3weeks from coincidence of changing oil. I expressed my concern to Mr. David Delgado and he took it in to have as requested Master Mechanic Cleavland assess possibilities. Few days passed and came back nothing major noted initially. So I authorized recommended services be completed, after services completed the knocking was heavily noted and Mr David and Mr Cleavland sprang extremely and professionally into action. After communicating with corporate word came back to agree to repair under 50/50 ruling saving me $$. I could not be so thrill to work together with these two professionals achieving the absolutely best results. Initially when this all started, I was at my wits in totalling loosing my confidence in any Dodge recently built products. I've own nothing but dodge products since the age of 14 starting with 67 Dodge 100, satellite, New Yorker, Dodge caravan, 2005 Dodge Dakota, 2011 Dodge, 1949 sports deluxe coupe and finally 2015 2500. Habe been thinking regrettably to try a Chevrolet or GMC Product, but I can confidently say that the Team of David Delgado and Cleavland and have returned my faith in Dodge along with great supporting staff of Ms Tracey.
