Daisy did all she could to get service for my CRV. But, when I returned a week later to check on status of obtaining a cosmetic part that was deemed defective, was told by the service mgr that it was But, when I returned a week later to check on status of obtaining a cosmetic part that was deemed defective, was told by the service mgr that it was “on back order” and there was “nothing I can do.” He didn’t even rise out of his chair to greet me. Didn’t want to even know my name. Just parroted a verse that it’s Honda’s fault. I suggested they take the part from another CRV on the lot and he said that would inconvenience another owner. Told him, no it would inconvenience HCH since it’s your car until it’s bought. That didn’t go over so well, but he knew I was technically right. So, what happens, Daisy calls me the next day and says they got the part in from another dealer. Surprise, surprise. Well, hope I don’t have anymore trubs of a warranty issue…we’ll see how I’m treated next time, that is, if there is a next time. More

Got me in very quickly, did the oil change and inspection plus multi point inspection. Needed 3 other services and they had coupons for each service and they applied them. Hill Country Honda gets back to me in a timely manner with what’s going on with my Odyssey. They explain all the cost in advance and only do the work after I’ve approved it.
