Don't stand behind service I have had two situations where O'Reilly did not stand behind the quality of their work, and did not even care. I took a Buick in for a leaking sunroo I have had two situations where O'Reilly did not stand behind the quality of their work, and did not even care. I took a Buick in for a leaking sunroof, which they fixed, but did not deal with standing water in the car. Result-I needed to fix water problem and replace battery in my driveway. When I called to explain problem they simply said "Have it towed here and we will look at it." On another situation, they failed to honor extended warranty, despite the fact I had documentation. More

I was immediately interested. He introduced me to Steve Borochaner who took great care explaining the car's advantages. Steve was very patient while explaining the technology and letting me know I can come back as many times I wanted for help.I am one of the many tech challenged seniors. More

Appointment I used to go to this dealership for inspection but now anymore. I first called to make a appointment and I kept on getting transferred to a voicemail. It was three different times that I called and still the same thing voicemail. I never had it before at any shop where I would get voicemail. So I went online to make my appointment for 12pm for appointment for two days later. I get a call the day before my appointment saying they dont do appointments at 12pm and they had question about my warranty. I called them back and was told the same thing about the time and then was told that they dont have anything for a week. If you didnt have anything available then shouldnt allowed me to make one online. So I will not be going back there More
